Marketing Greece has designed and implemented Wanderlust Greece, a new digital campaign focused on seeking out new experiences which stems from a desire to reveal the authenticity of Greece. The goal is to showcase and promote Greece as a year-round tourism destination.
Kicking off in the Peloponnese and continuing in various locations throughout Greece, such as Athens, Thessaly, Thessaloniki and Epirus, the campaigns points out the uniqueness of the country’s natural wealth, highlights its culture through an emphasis on tradition (architectural styles, folklore, traditional art forms etc.) and focuses on the people in each destination, revealing their day-to-day customs and way of life.
Through the website, you have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of the Wanderlust campaign route via an interactive map which outlines the milestones of the journey, not only day by day but also via moments within each day. In other words, this is an online Discover Greece journal where stories, photographs and videos are documented, allowing you to join Wanderlust Greece on its travels.
